Acute bacterial otitis externa caused by organisms susceptible to the action of ciprofloxacin eg, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staph aureus & Enterobacteriaceae.
Hypersensitivity to ciprofloxacin & other quinolones. Known or suspected perforated tympanic membrane. Not indicated for the treatment of otitis media.
Discontinue at the 1st appearance of skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity. Overgrowth of nonsusceptible organisms (prolonged use). Pregnancy & lactation.
